The money wheel keeps roulette's mechanism — a segmented wheel, a pointer, one outcome — and replaces bet types with a single choice: how concentrated do you want the payouts to be?
Low risk spreads small multipliers across most segments, so you win often and win little. High risk puts everything in one segment: a 10-segment high-risk wheel pays 9.90× on one segment and nothing on the other nine. Both settings cost the same 1% of turnover. Risk changes the shape of the outcome, never the price.
