What this simulator is for
Three things, in rough order of usefulness. First, calibration: most people have never watched a hundred spins in a row, and the simulator makes it cheap to see what streaks, gaps and "due" numbers actually look like when the draw is genuinely uniform. Eight reds in a row will happen. Zero will vanish for ninety spins. None of it means anything, and seeing that is worth more than reading it.
Second, testing an idea before it costs money. Yes. Each spin draws uniformly from all 37 pockets using the browser's cryptographic random number generator. The ball animation is fitted to the drawn result afterwards, so the visuals never influence the outcome.
