Roulette Odds Calculator
Pick a wheel and a bet, and see the true odds, the payout you are offered, and the gap between the two. That gap is the house edge, and on a single-zero wheel it is the same for every bet on the table.

How the numbers are derived
There is no estimation here. Payouts in roulette are set as though the wheel had 36 pockets: a bet covering k numbers pays 36 Γ· k β 1 to 1. A corner covers four numbers and pays 36 Γ· 4 β 1 = 8 to 1.
Expected return is then (payout + 1) Γ k Γ· N, where N is the real pocket count. On a European wheel that is always 36/37 = 97.30%, so the edge is 2.70%. On American, 36/38 = 94.74% and the edge is 5.26%. Mini Roulette scales the same formula to 12 and 13, giving 7.69%.
La partage adds one term: when zero lands, an even-money bet loses only half, so expected return gains 0.5 Γ zeros Γ· N. On a French wheel that is 0.5 Γ· 37 = 1.35%, exactly enough to halve the edge on those bets.
What "true odds" means
True odds are what a fair bet would pay. A straight-up bet on a European wheel wins once in 37, so fair odds are 36 to 1. You are offered 35 to 1. That one-unit shortfall, spread across 37 spins, is the 2.70%. Every roulette bet is the same story with different numbers.
